Lisa Ellisen

Lisa, co-owner of Soul Vibe, is a Baptiste Certified teacher and is influenced by every teacher she has taken class from and every student she has had since 2001. Her classes are strong and challenging while making space for different levels and abilities. Lisa's intention as a yoga teacher is to enable every student to begin to truly feel and to be able to live life fully from the inside out.


Lisa Ellisen instructs the following:
  • Power Flow (h)
  • This heated vinyasa style class focuses on alignment and “flow,” connecting breath and movement. This dynamic sequence incorporates beginner movements at a brisk pace to provide a full body cardio workout and stretch. All levels will enjoy this fun, safe and energetic practice.

  • Vinyasa (mod)
  • Intelligently sequenced Vinyasa-based class accessible to all levels. Class includes variations of sun salutations focusing on breath and alignment in this dynamic practice. The pacing is appropriate for beginners to learn poses and experienced practitioners to explore poses more deeply. All levels will enjoy this fun and energetic class. 

  • Gentle Flow (nh)
  • A sweet, stretchy rejuvenative practice. This class uses a gentler approach to movement that encourages a more flexible and comfortable body. All levels, not heated.

  • Quick Vinyasa (nh)
  • 45 minutes of Baptiste-inspired vinyasa flow. Short on time but big on results. Fluid and fun-filled with focus on form, function and feeling good inside and out! All levels, not heated.

  • Vinyasa (h)
  • Intelligently sequenced Vinyasa-based class accessible to all levels. Includes variations of sun salutations, focusing on breath and alignment as you flow through this dynamic practice. The pacing is appropriate for beginners to learn poses and experienced practitioners to explore poses more deeply. All levels will enjoy this fun and energetic class. Room is heated.

  • Yang Yin (nh)
  • This unique class combines the Yang (active) side of the Vinyasa flow (movement with breath) with the Yin (passive) poses that are held longer, allowing your body to melt into the pose while your mind remains calm. This nurturing and healing practice will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, spacious, balanced and centered. All levels, not heated.
